The Fellowship Programme brings leaders from across Northern Ireland to learn from one another and share experiences away from normal day-to-day interactions. It is a unique opportunity to pause, grow, and develop as a leader and more importantly, as a person. I had a fantastic experience, and it has challenged my thinking and perceptions of how I work and how we can all work together to create a better Northern Ireland. I was supported by an amazing cohort with whom I learnt so much from and we have remained in close contact. The learning was both excellent and varied, with strong support throughout from fantastic facilitators and business partners.
