Having previously worked as a primary school teacher, Pádraig is passionate about education and building better opportunities for young people. Since becoming one of the youngest MLAs at the age 25, his top priority is improving mental health services. He currently chairs the All Party Group on Mental Health, aiming to take this work forward as a legislative priority.
