Eva Grosman is a social entrepreneur, leadership strategist and organisation builder. She is co-founder and CEO of the Centre for Democracy and Peace (CDP), where she leads the Fellowship Programme, bringing together leaders from politics, business, the public sector and civil society to tackle complex challenges through collaboration, innovation and systems thinking. Eva is also co-founder of the Happy Brain Collective, an evidence-based brain health venture combining neuroscience, technology and community to improve lifelong wellbeing.
Throughout her career, Eva has worked internationally at the intersection of leadership, business development, cultural diplomacy and social impact. She serves as an advisor to Lord Alderdice in the House of Lords and has held governance and advisory roles across the cultural and civic sectors, including as a board member of the Metropolitan Arts Centre (MAC) in Belfast. Her work includes developing Politics Plus, a leadership programme for elected representatives and those involved in political and public life at the Northern Ireland Assembly; curating TEDxStormont, the Polish Film Festival and Polish Cultural Week; co-founding the award-winning Unite Against Hate campaign; serving as an independent member of the Policing and Community Safety Partnership in Belfast; and, most recently, helping establish the Queen Jadwiga Visiting Fellowship at the Bodleian Libraries, University of Oxford.
Eva is passionate about bringing together people, ideas and organisations to create meaningful, sustainable change. She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Strategy and Innovation from the University of Oxford and is a recipient of the Spirit of Washington Ireland Program Award.
